Following on from the work we undertook at Cheval Gloucester Park we are delighted to be appointed by Cheval Collection to design the wayfinding scheme for 32-38 Lexham Gardens, Kensington which provides luxury apartments for families and visitors to London.
The grand, mid-Victorian building featuring stucco façades and deep Doric porches was built between 1870 and 1879 on land previously used for market gardening.
Notable former residents of Lexham Gardens include Denholm Elliot, Derek Nimmo, Tony Visconti and Kenny Everett; it also featured as a location for the BBC adaption of John le Carre’s Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy in 1979.
