Studio Manager / Lead Wayfinding Strategist

Nic has more than thirty years’ experience across graphic design, brand implementation and inclusive wayfinding systems. Her expertise bridges both physical and digital design, combining strategic thinking with strong technical knowledge of accessible communication across complex environments.

Nic specialises in inclusive design strategies, with expertise in typography, illustration, digital imagery, mapping systems and pictogram design. Her work focuses on creating clear, intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across a wide range of settings.

Throughout her career, Nic has worked with internationally recognised brands and cultural institutions including Kellogg’s, Wedgwood, Waterford, Sony, the British Library and Castle Howard. She also has extensive experience in multilingual implementation and localisation, with a strong understanding of how language and typography influence user experience.

As part of Whybrow Studio’s international work, Nic has contributed as a wayfinding strategist on a landmark project in the Middle East. Working within a global consultant team, she supports the development of intuitive passenger journeys and inclusive navigation systems at an exceptional scale.

Within Whybrow Studio, Nic plays a central role in project delivery, strategic development and studio operations, bringing together creativity, precision and a collaborative approach to every stage of the design process.

Alongside her studio role, Nic has spent many years as a judge for the Quality Food and Drink Awards in her capacity as a brand implementation specialist.
